How to Use
1. Slide your foot through the elastic part. See diagram for left ankle (For right ankle, turn ankle inside out). 2. Wrap the strap around the ankle as shown in pictures 2 and 3. 3. Secure the strap adjusting for the desired comfort. Avoid attaching the band to the bottom of the foot as it can cause irritation when wearing shoes.
